FAQ

Industrial washing equipment

Question: What are the requirements for the installation environment of industrial washingequipment (such as washing and extracting machines/dryers)?

Answer: It should be installed on a flat and load-bearing cement ground to avoid tilting. Reserve an operating space of no less than 50cm around for convenient maintenance.

Question: How much linen can the equipment wash each time? What are the effects of overloading?

Answer: Loading should be done according to the rated capacity of the equipment (for

example, a 100kg washing and extracting machine can load a maximum of 100kg of dry linen at a time), and overloading is not allowed. Overloading can lead to uneven washing

of linen and a decrease in cleanliness. At the same time, it increases the load on the motor and bearings, which may cause equipment failure and shorten the service life.

Question: What should be done if there is a sudden water or power outage during the washing process?

Answer: If the water supply is cut off, first suspend the equipment. After the water supply

is restored, check whether the water level in the water tank is normal, and then continue

the unfinished program. In case of a power outage, first disconnect the main power

supply of the equipment. After the power is restored, restart the equipment and select the "Resume Wash from Breakpoint " function (supported by some devices). You can

continue from the steps before the power outage without having to wash again.

Question: How often does the equipment need to be cleaned? Which areas should be cleaned as priorities?

Answer: It is recommended to clean after each wash: 1. Remove any remaining thread

ends and debris in the drum; 2. Flush the filter screen of the water inlet valve to prevent scale from clogging. 3. Drain the accumulated water in the drainage pipes to prevent the growth of unpleasant odors.

Question: Do the bearings of the equipment need to be oiled regularly?

Answer: Lubricating oil should be applied to the bearings once every two weeks. Before applying the oil, the dust on the surface of the bearings should be cleaned to prevent impurities from mixing in. The amount of oil added each time should cover one-third of the bearing balls. Excessive oil may cause oil leakage.

Question: What could be the reason if the drum doesn't rotate after the equipment is started? How can it be solved?

Answer: Common causes and solutions: 1. The motor power is not connected. Check the circuit and contactor, and reconnect the wires. 2. The door lock is not closed properly. Make sure the door seal fits well and then close the cabin door again. 3. If the belt is loose or broken, open the side cover of the equipment, adjust the tightness of the belt or replace it with a new one.

Question: How long is the warranty period for the equipment? Under what circumstances will free repair not be provided during the warranty period?

Answer: The warranty period for the entire machine is one year. During the warranty period, free repair services will not be provided for faults caused by human operational errors (such as overloading or failure to maintain as per instructions), force majeure (such as floods or earthquakes), or the use of non-original parts.
